Being a first-time home buyer can be an overwhelming experience.  With Jeanne and Erica, we felt more at ease to ask questions and seek clarification on many different things.  As the process continued they got to know us and our wants, so it was a breeze. They made the process less intimidating and enjoyable as we searched.
